Shopify decides whether to show the post-purchase page for each order, before Attravo is asked for an offer. Most orders that skip it were never eligible.

## Check the setup

1. Your funnel is **Live**, with **Post-purchase page** ticked under **Targeting**.
2. In your Shopify admin, **Settings** > **Checkout** > **Post-purchase page** has **Attravo: Post Purchase Upsell** chosen. Only one app can own the page.
3. On Home, **Checkout blocks** shows the **Post-purchase page** row. It reads **Not seen yet** until the first eligible order reaches the page.

## Orders Shopify never shows it for

- Orders paid by cash on delivery, or by a payment method that redirects to another site. The card must be one Shopify can charge again.
- Orders for local delivery.
- Orders under $0.50.
- Orders placed outside the Online Store sales channel.

These customers still see offers on the thank you and order status pages, if your funnel runs there.

## Reasons Attravo skips the page

- Your offers are paused by your plan's included revenue.
- The customer has already been shown three offers on the page, or the funnel has finished.
- The step's product is sold out or has no price, or a feed found nothing to show.
- The discount is larger than the product's price.

> [!TIP]
> To test, place an order paid by card from your online store, with shipping rather than local delivery.
