# Uninstall Attravo

> What uninstalling removes, what stays on your orders, and how to keep your funnels instead.

Uninstalling stops every charge and removes Attravo from your store. If you only want to stop paying, moving to the Free plan keeps your funnels for later. See [Change or cancel your plan](https://help.attravo.com/post-purchase-upsell/articles/change-your-plan.md).

## Uninstall

1. In your Shopify admin, open **Settings** > **Apps**.
2. Find **Attravo: Post Purchase Upsell**, select **Uninstall** from its menu, and confirm.

## What is removed

- Your funnels, their offers, versions and translations.
- Your results, including Earned and the history behind Performance.
- Your settings, such as the contact email, admin language and defaults for new funnels.
- Core Script, from your themes.
- Offers on the post-purchase, thank you and order status pages, and the page blocks, which stop showing because they belong to the app.

Your plan stops, and nothing more is charged.

## What stays on your orders

Changes already made to orders stay in your Shopify admin:

- Items customers accepted, with their discounts.
- The order tags, such as **Attravo upsell**, and the note on each changed order.
- Invoices already emailed to customers.

## If you reinstall

You start fresh: the welcome page, an empty Funnels list and a new period for your plan's included revenue. Check the **Upsell Offer** block and Core Script again, as on a first install.
