# When offers pause at your plan's included revenue

> What happens when your offers earn more than your plan includes, and how to start them again.

Each plan includes an amount of offer revenue per period. When your offers earn more than that, they pause instead of running up a bill: you are never charged extra.

The amount is set in US dollars. If your store sells in another currency, your earnings are converted at the day's exchange rate, so the point where offers pause can move a little as exchange rates change.

## How you know

Funnels shows **Your offers are paused** at the top, with **Choose a plan**.

Each live funnel is marked **Paused, revenue limit reached**.

Home's **Your plan** card turns red and reads **Over your plan limit, so offers are paused**.

## What pauses

- No new funnel starts for any customer. Offers stop showing on every page.
- A customer already part way through a funnel can finish it.
- Nothing you built is changed or deleted.

## Start offers again

Either:

- Choose a larger plan: open **Plans** or select **Choose a plan**. Offers start again as soon as the new plan covers this period's earnings. See [Change or cancel your plan](https://help.attravo.com/post-purchase-upsell/articles/change-your-plan.md).
- Wait for the next period. Your period starts on the day you installed Attravo, and offers start again when the next one begins.
