Manage your funnels
Find, switch on, duplicate and delete funnels from the Funnels list, and read what each row tells you.
Attravo TeamUpdated 2 min readThe Funnels list shows every funnel with where it runs, who it is for and how it is doing, so you can see at a glance what customers are being offered.
Find a funnel
Use the tabs above the list: All, Live, Inactive and Needs attention. Each shows how many funnels it holds. Search by name, or sort by Priority, Name, Earned or Conversion.

Needs attention collects funnels with problems, funnels with more steps than your plan runs, and live funnels with no steps.
Read a row
Each row shows, from left to right:
- The switch that turns the funnel on or off.
- The name, with its status: Live, Inactive, Paused, revenue limit reached or Paused, funnel limit reached. Badges also count problems and A/B tests.
- The pages it runs on, and its order total rule when it has one.
- Conversion, Earned and Per offer shown for the last 30 days.

Switch a funnel on or off
- Turn the switch on the row.
- Select Save in the bar at the top of the admin.
A funnel with problems cannot be switched on. The row says so, and the problems are listed when you open the funnel.

A paused funnel's switch is locked. To turn it off, open the funnel and select Deactivate.
Use the row buttons
Hover the icons at the end of a row to see what each one does.
- Edit in full screen opens the funnel's first offer in the offer window. Select the name to open the funnel page instead.
- Duplicate makes an inactive copy named after the original, with the same steps, pages and wording, places it at the top of the list and opens it.
- Delete asks you to confirm, then removes the funnel and its offer design at once. Results already recorded are kept.
