Other apps and themes

Attravo works on Shopify's checkout pages rather than inside your theme, so most theme and app changes cannot break it. These are the cases worth knowing.

Your theme

• Offers and page blocks are drawn by Shopify's checkout, so they look the same whichever theme you use, and a theme change does not affect them.
• Core Script, the app embed, shows nothing on your storefront. It confirms Attravo is on and reports your theme's fonts and colours.
• When you switch themes, turn Core Script on in the new theme so Home can confirm it.

Other post-purchase apps

Only one app can own the post-purchase page, chosen in Settings > Checkout > Post-purchase page. If another app is chosen there, Attravo's post-purchase offers do not show, while its thank you and order status offers still do.

Other apps on the thank you and order status pages

Blocks from other apps can sit on the same pages as Attravo's. Place the Upsell Offer block where you want it among them in the checkout editor.

Apps that edit or fulfil orders

Offers on the thank you and order status pages join the order through an order edit. If another app fulfils, cancels or locks orders quickly, accepts on those orders are refused and the customer is told nothing was added.

A storefront password

While your online store has a password, offers on the thank you and order status pages cannot load. Remove the password before you test.
