How the Free plan's 1,000 orders work
Which orders count toward Free's 1,000 a month, where to see the count, and what happens if you pass it.

Free covers 1,000 cart-influenced orders a month. Only orders the cart had a hand in count, so a busy store whose shoppers rarely take an offer can stay on Free.
What counts
An order counts when it includes a product a shopper added from the cart's offers, or a free gift the cart added. Cancelled and fully refunded orders do not count. See How the app counts an order.
See where you are
Open Plans. Orders this cycle shows how many of your 1,000 you have used, and the dates the count runs between. The count starts again each month, on the day of the month you installed the app.

On Pro, the same card shows the cycle's orders influenced, upsell revenue and total order value, with no limit.

If you pass 1,000
- For a week, nothing changes, and Cart settings tells you when the pause would start.
- After that, until your count starts again, the cart's earning features pause: the reward bar, free gifts, quantity breaks and the cross-sell discount. Offers still show, at their normal prices.
- The cart itself keeps working as you designed it, and your settings are kept.
Upgrading to Pro brings everything back straight away. See Upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
